How Long To Let Eyebrows Grow Before Waxing

My fabulous layers

I was not sure how to start this post. Even if baby is still in its bubble, it belongs to us already full. Family and friends have an opinion on our choices and that's fine. However, our choices are made first and foremost as a couple and then couple that we assume that 100%.
This is not to make me the messiah of cloth diapers that I want to write. It's a choice we decided to do and I'm not here to convince anyone. However, sewing layers has become one of my hobbies and that is why I am here.

After reading the 20 pages of the topic on the manufacture of cloth diapers on the forum mom for life and for asking questions of 6 pages two members have responded very nicely (thank you Julyjoly and Milieminou! ), I started my turn in the making. The layers of today no longer need to build tissue and pinned on the baby. They are cute and made of fabric "technology" whose selection is great.

I present you my first layers. They are molded layers, which must be worn with an outer wrap made from a waterproof fabric.

The outside layer is made of flannel.
The interior is micro-fleece. It is a fabric that lets liquids while remaining "dry". It prevents chafing. That sweet sweet sweet! Between the flannel and micro-polar, there is an absorbent portion, composed of two layers of microfiber and two layers of cotton terry French. The micro-fiber absorbs liquid quickly. The French terry keeps them longer. is a system of Velcro that closes the film. To prevent the Velcro layers deep rough washing, some are a Velcro soft side. We can paste the rough on the soft. Layer remains open and is well washed. To look pretty and use my scraps of fabric, I opted to do a little hideaway in Velcro. It returns a small pouch on the velcro in the wash. When you put the baby diaper, the cover is more decorative
I have four layers under my belt. Whenever I make a new one, I love him more than the last!
My diapers are for babies from 8 to 15 pounds, so up to about 3 ½ months. We use disposables for the first days and weeks of baby's life, until he walks to do. Subsequently, whether we like it, I can make other layers greater.

I go back!

Can Eyeclops Mini Projector Use At Pc?

Review of 2009 preserves

A large household in the basement forced me to make an inventory of my preserved.
Doing?

1 - Most used:
Canned "neutral" whole tomatoes, diced tomatoes, beans and applesauce are the ones I'm always happy to have in reserve. I have not bought canned tomatoes since September (my post-fasting tomato garden has also helped!). And beans, it's always nice to serve when there is a lack of vegetables on the plate.

2 - The best "cooked" to re-
Canned with a "recipe" is still more tedious to do. Those that I would do immediately:
- beets: they are the ones I made first. They allowed me to practice and are really good.
- salsa: it has lost some of its piquancy (a chance) after all this time. Made with plum tomatoes, it would have been perfect! Definitely do it again.
- spaghetti sauce: it can be done year round in an autoclave. I'm always glad to have when I really did not feel like cooking. To repeat in great quantity before the baby arrives.
- yellow plum jam

3 - again in small quantities
The spread is delicious choco-banana, but I do not eat. As can be done year round (Bananas and chocolate are not really seasonal produce!), To go before Christmas or special occasion, to offer.

4 - Do not re ... or do better! The frightful
cherry jam. I had redone heat because I thought she was too thin ... yuck.

Next year, I prefer the more neutral preserved. We cook on second. I would also like to display my more production for less than my tan. My maternity leave would help me: o)

Let's go!

I do something very stupid: when I get bitten by a mosquito, I scrape the button until they bled. I prefer having a little trouble for an hour rather it itches for three days. So I have some nice scars!

I hyper hands wrinkled and marked. Looks like the old woman's hands.

I have a little belly anyway ...

And I feel guilty for absolutely anything.

Voila voila, and I pass the tag to SOLINET (I'm guest on a drawing of her blog! Thank you!) Mara, Looky and Leamlu .

Period 7 Days Late With Increased Cervical Mucus.

New software: Gimp

This morning I made the "gaffe" to visit sites scrapbook. They may say, for the scrapbook, even if you have millions of paper and Bebel, the basis is still in the picture. On these sites, the photos were altered with filters, or elements of color, etc.. It made me want to learn to play with it all, without anyway to spend on a fad that will last maybe not.
So I downloaded the free program Gimp. They say it is similar to Photoshop. My goal is not to do graphics, it's just editing photos. It does not take me a software of death!
Then I found a really great site that details step-by-step how to play with the software. The first thing I wanted to do was to put an item on a color photo that I converted to black and white.

http://gimptutoriel.blogspot.com/2008/03/gimp-melanger-noir-et-blanc-et-couleur.html

For me practice, I chose a photo taken at Tulip Festival last spring. I still have to practice, but within 45 minutes, here's what I did (later, edit pictures took me about 5 minutes per photo, ultra fast):
Photo Basic :
2) An element in color (in short, it must duplicate our black and white. Then, we delete some and this is the color that was hidden underneath that appears!)

3) All elements of the same color are evident (it took me a little more time ... the result is not great, but I think this is due to the choice of photo).
Hours of fun!
I go back!

Why My Conventional Oven Burns Everything

All-in-one

Yesterday, while I prepared a lasagna (it's good, but if loooong), I was thinking that I tend more towards the flat all-in-one carbohydrate, protein, vegetables, all in one dish. Moreover, as we are only two, by slightly increasing the ingredients, I often find myself with enough surplus to another meal (hop in freezer).

I started up a folder of recipes I found on various sites, these dishes all-in-one that often taste many of them are so good and warmed up. One thinks first of the classics, lasagna, chili, veggie patty or non-Chinese, but there are plenty of other ideas (moussaka, quiche, fried ...).

Someone has other ideas?

Why Do I Get Zits On My Stomach

Carrot Cake Ice

In anticipation of a visit to a birth, I told myself that a cupcake would be the least of things to bring. It was early, I was in pajamas, so I had to take the ingredients available at home. I had a lot of bananas, but also my good banana buttermilk cake as it is, I did not feel like doing for the twelve millionth time this year.
So I pulled out my "Big Book of Baking". Lately I've been in the household recipe books: the book went into the closet of "least viewed", but the flipping, I rediscovered a lot of recipes I have a taste for experiment: cheddar pennies (yes, it's a French book), bread and buttermilk ... carrot cake. Ye, I had to do it.

I put the complete recipe, but I split in two. It gave me a beautiful cake I baked in a loaf pan.
This cake is incredibly moist. At

again.

450g. shredded carrots
170 g. 2 tablespoons flour
Coffee
baking powder 1 / 2 c. Coffee 1 teaspoon baking
tsp salt 2 tbsp
coffee cinnamon
4 eggs 2 tsp
coffee vanilla
115 g.
55 g brown sugar
sugar 300 ml sunflower oil 115 g.
chopped walnuts
85 g.

raisins Frosting: 85 g. butter at room temperature
350 g.
icing sugar 65 ml maple syrup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a rectangular 28 cm x 20 cm.

Sift dry ingredients together. Book.

Whisk egg beater. Add vanilla, sugar and oil. Pour the dry ingredients in 3 times, mixing well after each addition. Add carrots, walnuts and raisins and mix thoroughly.

Bake about 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes, then unmold onto a rack.

For frosting: cream the butter and half the sugar until fluffy. Add syrup and remaining sugar, beating well.
